 Eric LUTETE LANDU est un Ingénieur Agronome de formation, spécialiste en Gestion des Ressources Naturelles (Faune et Flore) de l’Université de Kinshasa depuis 2009, Eric LUTETE intègre l'OSFAC en 2011 comme formateur SIG (GIS Trainer) pour devenir ensuite Responsable de son laboratoire SIG, Cartographie Numérique et Télédétection installé dans le bâtiment de la Faculté des Sciences Agronomiques de l’Université de Kinshasa. 

Le climat serein de travail de l'OSFAC et sa qualité de chercheur lui ont permis d’avoir à son actif un article scientifique : NGOMBA M., LUTETE E., et LUMBUENAMO R., 2011 : « Contribution du SIG au réaménagement d’un îlot forestier menacé : cas du Prieuré Notre Dame de l’Assomption ».

 Cédric SINGA MONGA LOWENGO a obtenu son diplôme d'Ingénieur Agronome, filière Gestion des Ressources Naturelles à l'Université de Kinshasa en 2008. Il fréquente l'OSFAC depuis 2009 d'abord comme GIS Trainer puis GIS Consultant au laboratoire SIG de l'OSFAC à l'UNIKIN.

En mars 2011, il est engagé à l'OSFAC comme Remote Sensing Analyst and GIS Officer, poste qu'il occupe jusqu'à ce jour.

André MAZINGA KUMAKWESE is an Agricultural Engineer trained at the University of Kinshasa. In 2005, he obtained his diploma in agronomy in the Natural Resources Management sector, Fauna and Flora option. He then followed several training courses in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing applied to environmental management.

Before being hired at OSFAC as RS/GIS Officer in March 2011, he worked as a GIS Expert Consultant at the Directorate of the National Health Information System (DSNIS) of the Ministry of Health for a year (2010-2011). ).

Also, he managed the GIS unit of the Belgian Technical Cooperation (CTB) for two years between 2008 and 2010 as part of the PREPICO project (Program for the Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Trails in Congo). His career at OSFAC is punctuated by several internships and training courses on GIS and remote sensing in the United States, Brazil, Kenya, the Republic of Congo and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Micheline NANZIGI KALUMUNA est licenciée en Sciences Economiques et de Gestion, option Gestion Financière de l'Université de Lubumbashi. Micheline KALUMUNA a également un diplôme de qualification en Management Moderne et Administration des Affaires.

Consultante à AGESFO, elle est détachée à OSFAC comme Responsable Financière depuis avril 2012. Avant d'intégrer l'OSFAC, elle a occupée le poste de Comptable et Directrice des Finances a.i à ADRA Congo Sud de novembre 2009 à mars 2012.
